Terms of Service — Volky QR Gallery

1. Service Description

Volky QR Gallery, operated by VolkyHubShop LLC ("Volky," "we," or "us"), is a service that allows a host to create a private digital gallery for an event and allows guests to upload photos and videos using a QR code or link.

2. Accounts and Purchases

When purchasing a package, the host receives a private administration code and a guest gallery link. The host is responsible for keeping that code secure; Volky cannot recover it if it is lost.

3. Communications (Email and SMS)

By completing a purchase or registering contact information, the customer agrees to receive communications related to the order by email and/or text message (SMS), including purchase confirmation, the gallery access link, and operational service notices. You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" or by contacting admin@volkyhubshop.com.

4. User-Uploaded Content

Guests are responsible for the content they upload. Volky reserves the right to moderate or remove content that is inappropriate, illegal, or infringes the rights of third parties.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. The price and capacity of each package are described on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Each package includes a retention period (see the package details). At the end of that period, the gallery and its content may be permanently deleted.
