1. Information We Collect

When a host creates a gallery, we collect their name, email address, phone number, event information (date, city, and event type), and payment details (processed directly by Stripe; Volky does not store card numbers). When a guest uploads content, we collect the uploaded photos or videos and, optionally, a name.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage the event gallery.
• To send purchase confirmations and the access link by email and/or text message (SMS).
• To provide customer support.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

3. Text Messages (SMS)

If you provide your phone number when making a purchase, you agree to receive transactional text messages related to your order, including confirmations, access links, and service notices. We do not share your mobile phone information or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. You may reply "STOP" at any time to stop receiving messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier.

4. How We Share Information

We share data only with the service providers required to operate the service: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Resend (email), and Twilio (SMS). We do not sell your personal information, and we never share your phone number or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Gallery data is retained for the retention period included with the purchased package, after which it may be permanently deleted.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing Admin@volkyhubshop.com.
